The gift voucher customer interface of our DEMO Hotel may help you before and during the uploading, which can be browsed, tested, and you can also shop on it, there are no consequences.
The gift voucher module can be found in the second last menu item in the admin interface.
You can start uploading now
1. In the Voucher images menu item, you can upload the photos that appear on the gift voucher purchase interface as the image of each voucher. Photos must meet the following parameters: jpg extension, minimum 1088x816 pixels, max. 2 MB in size.
2. In the Design images menu item, you can upload the images, from which the customer can choose on the gift voucher purchase interface, which will appear on the gift voucher that can be downloaded in pdf format in the case of email delivery. Each photo must meet the following parameters: jpg extension, at least 1200x600 pixels, max. 2 MB in size. We have uploaded some stock photos by default, which can be used if there is no photo available for a certain topic.
IMPORTANT! The format of the image varies on different devices, thus, avoid text on the image and important details on the edges, as it may not be visible in all displays.
3. The basic settings can be specified in the Settings menu item:
The default language should be Hungarian (by default, the voucher interface is displayed in this language).
Authorized languages: in addition to Hungarian, the module can also be uploaded in English, German, Czech and Slovak.
Choose the payment methods, payment deadline, delivery methods and, if necessary, set postage cost.
The opening text can be added, which will appear on the opening interface of the voucher page above the list of vouchers (optional).
In the Categories window, you can add the topics according to which the vouchers can be grouped on the customer interface (optional).
4. Individual vouchers can be added to the Vouchers menu by clicking on the Add button. You can change the order of the vouchers even after uploading by clicking on the hamburger icons at the beginning of the rows and moving the given voucher. When adding a new voucher, you will need the following data of the voucher:
name (max. 40 characters);
a short description that appears on the customer interface under the name of the voucher as a short awareness-raiser (max. 300 characters);
a long description that appears on the customer interface after clicking on the voucher, or appears on the printable pdf voucher (typically, the content and conditions of the voucher are included there, taking into account that the Recipient will see this);
period of redemption and purchase;
price.
5. The purchased vouchers will be found according to their status in the Paid/Pending, Redeemed and Expired/Deleted menu items. For details on the markings, functions and setting options there, click on the links above or on the Help points in the upper right corner of these menu items on the admin interface.

After uploading, on the one hand, we are happy to review the settings at your request, and on the other hand, for activation, please let your web developer know that they can integrate the gift voucher interface into the website. For this, we are waiting for the url of the page to be integrated (e.g. https://resnweb.com/en/demo-hotel-resnweb/gift-vouchers/) to the support@resnweb.com email address, and then we will send the script to be integrated.

IMPORTANT! The admin interface is 100% optimized for the Google Chrome browser, thus, we offer to use it. Of course, the interfaces used by guests work perfectly in any browser.
