With the Nevogate PayLink option you can give the opportunity to pay offline those guests, who did not book through RESnWEB, or would like to pay not only the deposit.
With the help of PayLink option, you can create pre-defined financial transactions in the Nevogate admin interface in the form of a payment link that can be sent to your guests via email.

How PayLink works?
It defines the service or product what you would like to sell.
In the Nevogate Admin interface you can prepare the link with the needed parameters.
You can send the generated link via email (or SMS)
After clicking the link, the guest is redirected to the payment interface of the selected provider, where they can pay for the selected service or product.
The Nevogate will inform you about the transaction.
The functions of PayLink
The validity of the link can be revoked until a successful transaction is made.
You can specify the validity of the link, after which the link becomes inactive.
In case of an unsuccessful payment ( e.g. incorrect card details, insufficient funds, etc.) the link can be used again. Unlimited payment attempts are possible until the payment is successfully completed.
In case of a successful payment the link becomes inactive.
A notification of successful payment will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the accommodation and, if required, of changes in the status of the link.
The generated links, and the payment transactions can be tracked and managed in the Nevogate admin interface.
