Thanks to the RESnWEB – D-Edge connection, RESnWEB can also be managed as a sales channel through D-Edge and RESnWEB bookings can be transferred to the accommodation's PMS (Property Management System or Front Office System), prices and availability are also received from D-Edge by RESnWEB.
In case of a single-rate connection, RESnWEB takes the daily (adult) price from D-Edge, children rates and special offers (promotions) and fix priced packages can still be set in RESnWEB for more flexibility. For example, for packages from BAR, we will provide the discount set in the promotion from the daily prices of D-Edge.
In case of a multi-rate connection, all prices on RESnWEB can be assigned to the appropriate rate in D-Edge, so RESnWEB receives final adult prices in addition to daily prices for both connected packages from BAR and fix priced packages. You can still set children rates on RESnWEB due to greater flexibility.

If you have already used D-Edge’s channel manager, you need to check if your contract also extends to the third-party booking engine (i.e., RESnWEB) or a new contract needs to be concluded.
After the conclusion of the contract or if there is an existing contract, you do the same as for any other sales channels:
1. Through the channel manager tab you indicate to D-Edge that you want to connect
2. Indicate to RESnWEB support your connection intent and send the necessary information to enable the integration, for more information please click here.
3. When D-Edge sends the connectivity request to us, we send them the necessary information and enable the connection on our side
4. D-Edge’s colleagues complete assignments, mappings and synchronization
5. When everything is complete, D-Edge activates the connection
TIP: For the duration of the connection, we recommend closing the accommodation at the hotel level in the Planning menu item.
IMPORTANT! On Fridays, we do not undertake D-Edge connection activation. As our customer service and development team are not available on the weekend, we cannot help if any technical issue arises. Thank you for your understanding.
For our part, the connection has a monthly availability fee, which you can inquire about from our customer service.
