CIB Bank online payment option

What should you know about the CIB Bank eCommerce service and how can you use it?

Written by Zsuzsa Szilágyi

In addition to providers such as SimplePay, Saferpay, and PayPal, the CIB Bank online payment service is also available for RESnWEB bookings and gift voucher purchases.

With its eCommerce service, CIB Bank provides the option of accepting online bank card payments for companies wishing to conduct commercial activities over the internet. Through the eCommerce service, CIB Bank ensures secure online financial transactions between the customer and the merchant. The bank’s system confirms transactions instantly and in real time, making your company’s financial processes more predictable.

The CIB Bank payment system processes transactions made with bank cards belonging to the MasterCard and VISA product families. This means that, in addition to VISA, Mastercard, and Maestro cards, payment methods such as VISA Electron, V PAY, and internet cards (e.g. CIB Internet Card) are also supported. During the payment transaction, card details are transmitted directly to the bank, therefore you will only receive information on whether the transaction was completed successfully.

How can you sign a contract with the bank?

  1. Apply for the service by filling out the application form.

  2. A representative of CIB Bank will contact you at your preferred time.

  3. Your application will then be reviewed.

You can find more information about the operation of the service and the contracting process in the CIB Bank information materials, or inquire directly with a bank representative:

IMPORTANT: When contacting the bank, please indicate that you would like to connect the service to the RESnWEB online booking system through Nevogate.

Service activation process

After the contract has been signed, and once the required data has been provided, we can begin the integration process of the service, which is carried out in two phases.
