Thank you for your interest in the RESnWEB - SabeeApp connection, which allows you to manage RESnWEB as a sales channel through SabeeApp channel manager. This integration allows the automatic transfer of bookings made on RESnWEB booking engine to the accommodation's PMS (Property Management System or front office system) and RESnWEB will get the prices, restrictions and allotments (number of rooms can be sold) from SabeeApp.
In case of RESnWEB - SabeeApp integration it is possible to choose between single rate or multi rate integration modes.
At single rate connection only the basic rate used by the accommodation is connected, which corresponds to the RESnWEB daily rate (BAR). Packages from BAR are calculated from the BAR rate according to the set price calculation rule at details of package. For fix priced packages the system still calculates according to the settings made on RESnWEB extranet.
At multi rate connection all rates set on SabeeApp extranet are connected to the corresponding rate on RESnWEB extranet. This means, that RESnWEB receives adult prices from SabeeApp for all connected rate including daily rate, packages from BAR and fix priced packages as well.
Children rates can still be set on RESnWEB extranet for greater flexibility.

Activation of RESnWEB - SabeeApp connection
After contracting or if you already have a contract the activation and connection process can start.
1. Enable RESnWEB connection on SabeeApp extranet
From the part of SabeeApp the RESnWEB connection must be activated, please log-in to SabeeApp extranet and click on the button below to find a guide showing this authorization process:
IMPORTANT! Please, ask for activation of rates you want to connect from SabeeApp customer service, so the rates will already be available to RESnWEB at the time of mapping and synchronization.
2. Sending of necessary data to RESnWEB customer service
We need the following information to make the mapping:
the SabeeApp identifier of accommodation: you can find it in SabeeApp Settings / General settings / Company details menu in the last row of table as Referral ID
a list about the corresponding room type pairs (SabeeApp - RESnWEB)
would you like to have a single or a multi rate integration
in case of multi rate integration please send to us that the daily rate (BAR), packages from BAR and fix priced packages set on RESnWEB extranet which rate correspond in SabeeApp.
Please send these data to RESnWEB customer service.
IMPORTANT! Please request the activation of the price types you want to connect from SabeeApp customer service so that they will be available to RESnWEB at the time of connection.
IMPORTANT! The default language of SabeeApp is English, so please enter the names of the room types in English in the channel manager. We will only be able to make the connections if the translations have been provided, because the names of the room types are sent to RESnWEB in English.
3. RESnWEB connection, synchronization and activation
Based on the information received our colleagues make the mapping of room types and rates, synchronize the data and activate the channel manager connection.
