Accommodations may choose to request the suspension of the Nevogate online payment service on RESnWEB platforms, subject to the following conditions:
one-off fee for the suspension: HUF 3.000 + VAT;
once per accommodation, for a maximum of 6 months;
after 6 months, the accommodation's service is automatically reactivated;
if you decide to disconnect the service after the 6 months have elapsed and wish to use it again later, you will have to pay the connection fee (HUF 10.000 + VAT) once more.
After the service suspension, online payment will be disabled, and only offline payment methods will remain available on the accommodation’s interfaces. This means that in the case of bank card payment, the accommodation provider will need to charge the guest’s card remotely, while in the case of SZÉP card payment, the guest will need to initiate the transfer to the accommodation provider.
