D-Edge has the possibility to display your accommodation on metasearch sites (Google, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc.) and direct the guest to the RESnWEB booking platform. To do this, you need to sign up for the D-Edge MediaGenius meta module.

Once the feature is activated, the accommodation will be listed as an Official Site on the Google My Business page and the guest will be redirected to the RESnWEB booking platform by clicking on the link. Prices included in the advertisement will still arrive from D-Edge.

How to activate this function

If you are interested in this opportunity, you need to sign up for the MediaGenius meta module at D-Edge.

The colleagues of D-Edge will request the Deeplink which is provided by us. Deeplink is a parameterized URL that D-Edge can use to configure your site.

D-Edge will send you the Traffic Acquisition ID which we kindly ask you to forward to RESnWEB Support. The code must be set in RESnWEB.

The operation, use of MediaGenius meta module

MediaGenius provides access to Google, TripAdvisor, Trivago, Kayak, Skyscanner, Wego and Hotelscombined.

The platform can be used to activate meta pages and manage campaigns. Campaigns can be optimized and different payment models can be chosen: there are multiple click-based or multiple commission-based (depending on the meta page) models.

To start the campaigns, a pre-funded budget is required (payable by credit card or bank transfer). Spending on advertising is deducted from this budget, so as long as there is a budget, the campaigns run.

The MediaGenius platform not only allows you to set up your campaigns, but also provides detailed statistics on the different cornerstones of your campaigns.

For further information please contact your D-Edge contact person who will be able to provide you with detailed information.
