The returning guest multi-hotel club program is an excellent solution for hotel chains or operators of several guesthouses and accommodation facilities. A guest registered in the program becomes a member of the group at each group member, so they can enjoy the benefits of the returning guest program at each of the accommodation facilities.
You only need to register at one accommodation, after which you can use the same login details at any other accommodation. Guests can track the bookings in their user profile relating to all accommodations.
Creating a returning guest group
Returning guest groups are created by our support team. Please send us which accommodations should be grouped together and indicate which the main accommodation should be to which the others will be linked.
The main accommodation will determine the bases of the returning guest group program. The other accommodations will be sub-accommodations in the group, which means that they only need to provide the information specific to the accommodation.
For a group, one club categorization can be specified for the main accommodation and the default settings applied there will be extended to the rest of the group when added to the group. The group can be expanded with new accommodation at any time.
IMPORTANT! It is possible for group members to start the returning guest program at different times rather than at the same time. It is once again important that the accommodations are grouped, so please indicate in advance which accommodations will form one group.

The main accommodation should make the default settings relating to the whole returning guest group:
Entering the name of the returning guest group
Uploading the text of the greeting email
A general greeting text should be entered which relates to all members of the group.
Entering the text of the category change e-mail.

Registering the categories
IMPORTANT! The benefit should not be indicated in the category description, as this can be different at each accommodation. The benefits should be set separately for each accommodation.
The settings can be made as described in the Returning Guest module settings section.
Once the settings for the group have been completed, the sub-accommodations can start uploading their own profiles and the main accommodation can complete its own profile.
Specific settings for accommodations
The sub-accommodation can find the descriptions and categories registered by the main hotel relating to the group. These fields are inactive for the sub-accommodations.
The following specific settings can be made for each accommodation:

Filling in the Benefits menu item
Assigning benefits to the categories
Selecting preferences
Entering enabled languages
Making the unique domain settings
Once all the settings have been made, the existing guest database can be imported into the interface, and the Returning Guest module can be activated for the group members.
IMPORTANT! Our customer support team will do the import of the guests and the initialization of the module, so please send us the file containing the data by email, making sure that the document contains the data in the correct format.
Importing existing guest database into the module
The existing returning guest database can be uploaded to the Guests menu for each accommodation so that guests can benefit from discounts when booking online.

Operating returning guest groups
If a guest registers at one of the group's accommodation facilities, they will be visible in the Guests menu of all the facilities, but their reservations will be found and managed in the profile where the reservation is made. Transfers between hotels are not possible.
If a guest would like to make a reservation in hotel “A”, then the booking platform of hotel “A” should be visited and the booking can be finalized there.
If the accommodation manages its facilities in interoperable profiles and the user wishes to make a reservation on behalf of a guest, it is necessary to search for the guest in the profile in the Guests menu of the admin site where you want to create the reservation for the guest.
The guest will have one user profile that will allow them to log in to all members of the group. This also means that the details of the guest’s bookings are added, so the guest's total bookings with all the members of the group are counted for categorization.
