Thanks to the RESnWEB–Previo connection, RESnWEB can also be managed as a sales channel via Previo, and booking data from RESnWEB is automatically transferred to Previo. RESnWEB receives prices and availability from Previo.

A multi-rate mapping is established between the two systems. In the case of multi-rate mapping, all prices set in RESnWEB are matched with their corresponding rate plans in Previo. As a result, in addition to daily rates (BAR), RESnWEB also receives ready-to-use adult prices for the connected promotional and fix-priced packages. Children’s rates can still be set in RESnWEB to ensure greater flexibility.

If you are already using the Previo channel manager, please contact them and inform them of your intention to connect with RESnWEB.

Establishing the connection

Please notify the customer support teams of both Previo and RESnWEB of your intention to connect the systems.

For the RESnWEB setup, we will need the following information:

  • the accommodation’s Previo hotel ID
    (this can be found after logging into the Previo admin interface by selecting Help / About application, where it is displayed in the pop-up window)

  • the name of the accommodation as registered in Previo

  • the names and codes of the RESnWEB room types to be connected
    (Hotel information / Room types menu), and which Previo room type each RESnWEB room type should be mapped to

  • the names and IDs of the RESnWEB promotional and fixed-price packages to be connected, and which Previo rate plan each package should be mapped to

IMPORTANT! One Previo room type can be connected to one RESnWEB room type, and one Previo rate plan can be connected to one RESnWEB package. Previo packages are not handled by the integration, therefore they cannot be mapped; in Previo, rate plans must always be created.

Based on the information provided, the necessary settings and mappings will be completed in both systems, followed by data synchronization.

TIP: During the connection process, we recommend closing the property at accommodation level in the Planning menu.

IMPORTANT! The Previo connection can only be activated from Monday to Thursday. Our customer support and development teams are available on weekdays, and in case of any technical issues, we would like to provide immediate assistance. Thank you for your understanding!

On our side, the connection is subject to a monthly availability fee. Please contact our customer support team for further details.

Connection check

Prices received from Previo can be checked under Prices & Planning / CHM prices, while received allotments (sellable room quantities) and restrictions can be reviewed under Prices & Planning / Planning.

Please also create test bookings and check whether they are correctly transferred to Previo.
