With online credit card payment, your guests can immediately pay the deposit or the gift vouchers to the hotel when making reservations on RESnWEB or purchasing gift vouchers without the need of manually charging the credit card via a POS terminal. This will save you and your guests valuable time and you can offer your guests a simpler, more secure online credit card payment option.

To be able to offer online payment through several financial service providers (Stripe, Global Payments, Six Payment, PayPal, etc.) to our clients, we use Nevogate. It has a one-off connection fee of EUR 150 (+ VAT if applicable) per booking platform and a monthly availability fee of EUR 10 (+ VAT if applicable). These fees are independent of the number of service providers used.

Several financial service providers can be connected to RESnWEB. It is worth carefully considering which one or ones to contract with, taking potential loss of service or guest preferences (popularity among Hungarian vs. foreign guests) into account:

Due to their conditions, you can request for a quote directly from the service providers – with the exception of SimplePay. Please always refer to Nevogate and RESnWEB.

IMPORTANT! The RESnWEB pricing currency determines the currency of the online payment. For example, if RESnWEB is priced in euro, then we can link an online payment account in euro to RESnWEB (e.g. SimplePay). It means that guests will be able to pay their deposits or gift vouchers only in euros.

If you contract with more than one financial service provider, you can enjoy two Nevogate benefits:

1. All transactions of all contracted payment providers can be managed in one place: in the Nevogate admin interface – so you don’t need to use the admin interfaces of the service providers separately: SZÉP cards, SimplePay, etc.

2. PayLink service which allows guests who do not book via RESnWEB to pay online or if guests want to pay not only the deposit in advance. In the Nevogate admin interface, you can generate pre-defined financial transactions in the form of a payment link which you can send to your guests via e-mail or text message.
